Travel documents must be carried for all trips into neighboring countries. We ask for your understanding that, for economic reasons, running our events depends on a certain minimum number of participants. That said, our events are largely in high demand. We therefore kindly ask that you get in touch early if you're interested — fittingly, „in tempo“. When reserving, we ask for a deposit payment.

Pick-up options and exact departure time: depending on the program.
Unless stated otherwise in the trip title: Minimundus car park, Klagenfurt, or the meeting point for events with your own arrangements for getting there. Possible pick-up point Villach (car park behind Hotel Seven): +30 min added to the Klagenfurt departure time. The Hotel Seven/Villach car park charges a fee — please check with the hotel reception.
We kindly ask that you be present at the pick-up point 5 minutes before departure, as out of consideration for guests who arrive on time, we're unable to wait for latecomers.
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken at our events for documentation and promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
Please understand that seats in the front 2 rows of the bus can only be reserved for an extra charge (€10 per seat).
Short-notice programme changes and printing errors are reserved.
